New kid on the block surprises in Hungary

While Formula One is at the Red Bull Ring, the Formelaustria Race Academy was hard at work at the Pannoniaring in Hungary on Wednesday and Thursday!

Lower Austrian Marcel Kieser and Carinthian Samuel Lex were once again testing with Renauer Motorsport to further their respective development programs. Kieser impressed with his best lap times yet on the circuit in the Hungarian plains, while Lex showed significant progress since his F4 debut in Spielberg.

Berlin karting talent Ramon Göde made his debut as a Formula 4 driver and impressed with very good lap times, quick implementation of his driver coach’s instructions, and clear technical feedback.

“Despite the extreme heat, it was an absolutely successful test. We were able to gather a lot of new insights over the two days and welcome a new driver who delivered immediately,” said a delighted Formelaustria Race Academy Track Director Flo Renauer.
